{:tw}這是一本香港web3嘉年華小作文。 可能罵的有點難聽，但想說說那些過去的事情，為什麼被證偽。 1.香港web3嘉年華冷嗎？ 冷，這也是很多人的初印象，曾經的大會是人擠人，簇擁著前行，而這次幾乎都是熟悉的項目方們，vip 室空著沒人，來看展會的人都沒多少，後續又哪來流動性和創造力呢？但穿西裝的變多了，產業的底層邏輯似乎在重構發生。 從冷清的觸感來源，有人說是場地的佈局很奇怪，顯得空空寥寥的，也有人說萬象籌備不足，嘉賓很難邀請，項目方匱乏，乃至於上台演講的價格都回歸冷靜，有些發聲更像是在證明，我還活著，沒死而已。 在我看到來，東西方之間的關係依舊是熱臉貼著冷屁股。 顯著少了西方面孔，三年了，web3的領域裡（或許還有更多領域裡）。 就算 Vitalik 親臨現場，遇到的除了粉絲的合照社交，剩下的就是某些光頭佬那些玩壞行業的跳梁小丑單方面的職責。 根深蒂固的是文化和追求的差異。 那些只拿著web3的技術成果當賭場的人，憑藉每輪週期裡扳到三個香蕉的截圖，影響著整體的方向，去建設更多的老虎機，引誘更多的賭徒，虹吸著 builder 們的拉新成果。 。 西方大公鏈集體對東方的訴求，最多當你是用戶，而不是夥伴。 這裡到底是別人不帶玩，還是自己有問題？ 還是大家追求的本身就不是一個事情，還期望互相一起玩？ 2、RWA 是對的嗎？ 每次主題演講，總有半數以上的照騙，什麼時候內容能跟得上他們取的標題？ RWA 是這今年的主流敘事了，但他和 3 年的 NFT、 2 年前的銘文、 1 年前的 Meme 在底層邏輯上有什麼很大差別嗎？ 仔細看每個週期的底層依托，你會發現，所有的事情一旦進入宏觀視角，都終將是正確從而正義的。 RWA 也不過新的宏觀視角的套殼話題。 但事實上，宏大敘事往往會無限制的忽略掉成千上萬個體的權利，儼然一種「萬物為芻狗」的感覺，甚至有時候連狗都不是，數字而已。 抓住一個主流敘事當然能起飛，phantom 抓住了 sol 和 meme 空投，bitget 抓住 TG 生態，走多鏈+年度敘事，他們年度增長極大。 但這個產業裡做成長從來不是難事，難的是留存（資源和造勢做到位，比起傳統網路的成長爆發會更有飛輪效應）。 用鏈來做的事情依舊有限，且基本上不是日常剛需，曾經數百錢包大戰之後，哪怕去年最火熱的 unisat 也不已經有多久沒有打開，也不需要打開，徒添傷感。 RWA 的機構們，也正在遭遇上一波敘事裡**Web2精英光環的 PPT 騙局，**一個個張口閉口「賦能生態」卻連錢包都沒用過的人。 有趣的是，BTC 的 event 並不在乎敘事，這就很有希望，畢竟追敘事的人一般追不上，造敘事的人還有翻面的契機。 3、V 還行嗎？ 什麼樣的陰謀更令人細思極恐？ 我想，就是讓悲劇的本質變成一個選擇陷阱，是燃燒的自我毀滅還是腐朽的慢性自殺，最恐怖的是，無論你選擇哪一條路都會為另一條路上的探索增加枷鎖。 V 已經站在一個困難的選擇題上，無論如何選擇都脫離不了個人悲劇或是集體悲劇。 誠然，V 是天才，V 工作努力程度也是業界第一，V 也很年輕，如果說以太坊的未來在哪裡，最大的機會就是這樣年輕的大腦與願景，帶來無限成長的潛力。 但是任何一個特點的背後都是缺點 30 歲有 30 歲的缺點，太容易被小人包圍，太容易陷入言語的蜜糖。 V 在每個會場的演講，都是完全押寶L2，這是很對，有大量邏輯自洽的理由。 其中很棒的理由是，EF 最擅長的是鏈上，而不是鏈下，他有無限鏈上的創造裡，但如何鏈接到鏈下需要夥伴來做，但是 EF 已經蛋糕分不動了，那麼不妨把自己當平台空出一個個展位，歡迎每個項目方帶來各自的資源，EF 給你想要的一切名頭。 但這些個理由是誰傳給 V 的？為什麼成為了他根深蒂固的擴容方向？ 如果L1本身夠好，那還需要L2的空城？衍生出L2之間的鴻溝怎麼辦？ EF 下個階段的升級，開始回歸L1的體驗，介時最大的阻力也就不是來自於L1本身，而是L2s了。 這也就是目前的選擇陷阱。 3.web3+遊戲不甘心但是個陷阱 這次跑會前後數十個會場，還是web3遊戲的會場最敢說，或許因為沒什麼人，所以更多接地府之後的感悟，接地氣的說出來。 我最初入行也是來自 loot 和阿謝以及跑鞋的破圈，但是現在大家都醒了，玩家醒了，投資人也醒了，不死心的是曾經的執念。 現在還在投入這裡的，只能聊聊自慰：生態佔位，防守定位，考慮成本。 曾經的遊戲，有無數好的理由成為一門好生意，甚至 3 年前遊戲版號管控都是web3遊戲爆發的契機。而遊戲的硬體需求天然和其他金融場景不同，所以web3遊戲公鏈一直都是個前赴後繼的方向。 但從 play to earn，onchain，tg game，看下來都成了陷阱。 因為 b 圈做遊戲，其多巴胺的激勵其實不如打銘文。 打銘文的時候狂熱期哪個人不是 6 點鐘自然醒， 3 點鐘難入睡。什麼遊戲能有最純粹直抵核心的誘因更有效。 但互相之間不拉到新用戶，都是互相遊戲導量做高數據忽悠投資人，曾經只是造假帳目數據，現在更是聯合審計一起造假，甚至投資web3遊戲的人，自己也也不玩遊戲，只玩過魂鬥羅。 幣圈做 fi 就好，不要搞 game 了。 而遊戲公司把web3當成一個新領域來做遊戲，從完美世界到韓國遊戲財閥，再到西方元宇宙大敘事，都掛在 b 圈做遊戲留下的廢土中。 前前後後，都是這 100 W 被慣壞了的用戶，不上鍊的不玩，上鍊的只玩金融屬性，既然要玩金融屬性，還不如去玩 meme。 如果從 0 教育外部用戶轉入鏈，發現何必呢？苦兮兮的使用者教育，誰願意做呢？ 但遊戲本身又確實是個好生意，米哈遊就算是周邊都給了他 10% 的總收益提升，但這塊毛利能到 70% 。 現在市場上也確實找不到遊戲盈利做全的團隊，而遊戲作為一個提供情緒價值的產品，即使是過程中也會產生價值，比起很多鏈上純結果價值的產品（比如費勁搞的公鏈，沒人玩就完全失去價值）。 所以，遊戲還會繼續忽悠到一些還不死心的投資人。 6 億有效的地址數，認為這是 94 年的互聯網，再攢攢把，糞便越厚花越香。 4.熊市來了嗎？ 這幾年見過比較熊但不是最熊的時代，也見過最突破的時代，每個敘事迷茫的時期，似乎都在 hk 大會前後。 去年的 bitcoin asia 之後，銘文就涼了，市場一冷，項目方壓力變大，蜜汁操作越多，越難冷靜思考。 這次大會一如既往的面孔很多，不過項目已經變化 2-3 輪，連續創業家雖然常備嘲笑，但是更值得珍惜。 見過週期的人知道：熊市才是 Builder 的機會 。 只有多年的踩坑經驗，現在更清楚什麼能活下來。 「企業區塊鏈」運動被廣泛視為死胡同，但隨著 L2s 的出現，這項運動又煥發了生機，Soneium 就是一個典型例子。 越來越無效的「decel」社區，這個社區可以對各種主流行為者如何不道德和糟糕發出咆哮，但卻無法真正提供更好的替代方案。 但這些都是坑 DeFi 本想取代銀行，NFT 本想重新定義所有權，元宇宙則本該成為人們的新聚集地。但在經歷了數十億美元的承諾後，唯一真正被廣泛使用的東西只有穩定幣，以及對應的交易對與市場。 有的人說沒有復購的都是苦生意，要不斷找新用戶，某些場景還疊加長久售後服務，還得不斷糾纏在老客戶身上，直到老客戶倒閉。其實高流動性，缺乏核心留存的，也都是苦生意。 在這個些生意裡，這輪損失最大的就是新弱勢族群：VC，從曾經給專案指點江山，抓住一個好專案就是百倍的收益，到現在被專案方割肉，鮮有賺錢。 TGE 後賣貨也是專案方和做市商先賺錢。 根本不敢投下去，投一個虧一個。與其說是產業的問題，不如說是早期專案方的運作問題。 靠敘事做大基建的時代已經結束了，高估值低流通的項目也沒有生存空間了，所有 VC 項目估值體系在重構，老項目都在洗牌。 新的周期裡，不要太迷信政策。 香港的變化確實很大，但底層還是是在說：“我們接受它，只要別搞砸了。” 如今的市場，機構已經接管。不再是小創業思維可以挑戰的態勢。要嘛適應並學會這場遊戲，要嘛被淘汰。想要單方向主導並不容易，機構與創業者互相借力的合作才剛開始。 5、後面的機會在哪裡？ 看起來是在罵，但那些做砸了的事情，就是該噴，噴完了就回歸理性，畢竟這些這年裡並不是都是一地雞毛。 銘文風波後，開始打了個措手不及，半年後留下的是對基礎設施的層層優化。 現今的 meme 風暴也走過一半，從 gmgn 到 Axiom，**留下的是懂得洞悉需求的產品，精通鏈底層的技術。 **很多性能不是精通底層，做不到極致。 伴隨 Gmgn 這類爆發但不懂分蛋糕，逼優質人才在業界流動。 人群上，而走進深水區後，完成了一撥人的用戶教育普及，以及高校科研的轉向，讓未來產業的人才基礎非常紮實。 方向上，做鏈已經在祛魅了，資金只奔著大協議的方向也變了，這時候雖然 VC 更謹慎了，但有清晰商業模式用戶群的工具層，應用層反而迎來了客觀評價的時機。 密碼學到達了瓶頸，使用者的操作對像也正在破限。 因為現實世界的許多行為，是沒辦法被密碼學證明的，而且不是所有事情都能用去中心化來解決。效率和技術的瓶頸就在那裡，每個瓶頸都是機會，未來也不會一直延續不可磨合的中心化與去中心化鴻溝，有的，只有是雙方各讓一步。 在沒有清晰目標之前，要做的是保護好自己的注意力，提升鑑別什麼是垃圾的能力，以及從週期的波動中，保持好心情，活得久。 6、最後 我對這個行業的一些失望是真，這源自於早期過高的期待，完全把造出來的web3這個名詞，當成下一代基礎設施等級的規模。 但現在，如果只把他當成加密金融 3 ，那就理性多了。 一些和加密金融的不搭嘎的嘗試，不用去關注。 世界上總是有這麼一群追求自由的人，為這些人做最好的工具和設施，就很好了。…...
